Yoga for Anxiety
I am really excited about this offering. This is 90 minute practice will allow me to marry two of my skills, mental health psychoeducation and yoga instruction. As my practice has grown over the last 3 years, engagement of the body to address mental health has become more and more a cornerstone of how I work. You cannot separate mind from body; this event will strengthen the mind body connection, support you in better managing your anxiety, and help you find relaxation in your body.
This will be the first of more offerings bridging the mind + body gap.
